VetGun is the only approved delivery system for treating external parasites on cattle using AiM-L™ and/or AiM-A Abamectin™ VetCaps — scientifically developed capsules filled with a measured dose of insecticide.

AiM-L and NEW AiM-A VetCaps can be used to deliver a “one-two punch” for in-season horn fly control – working to combat horn fly resistance.

AiM-L VetCap 10 mL capsules contain lambda-cyhalothrin (a pyrethroid), an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered insecticide proven effective for control of horn flies, and lice on beef cattle weighing over 600 lbs.

AiM-A VetCap 10 mL capsules contain abamectin (a macrocyclic lactone in the avermectin family), an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered insecticide for effective treatment of horn flies on beef cattle and non-lactating dairy cattle weighing over 600 lbs.

The AiM-L and AiM-A VetCaps are specifically engineered to withstand transportation and handling, yet burst upon contact with the animal. Used properly, VetCaps deliver a consistent and accurate dose of insecticide to each animal.
